Still smiling from the other night! 🤩🏀

I am beyond proud of my dancers for absolutely shining at the Kings NBA halftime show. Watching them step onto that arena floor with confidence, energy, and heart was such a special moment. All the hard work, long rehearsals, and dedication truly paid off, and they represented our team so beautifully.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Seeing these dancers grow, support each other, and perform on such a big stage makes me incredibly proud. You all brought the energy and made it unforgettable!

So grateful for this experience and for every single dancer who made it happen. The future is bright! ✨💜

More activities for home can revolve around singing for example. You don't need extra devices or microphones if you don't want to. Just YouTube and your voice is necessary! To make it more of a game, take turns having one person choosing a song and find the karaoke version on youtube. The other person can be facing away from the TV and try to guess while singing whatever song is chosen. There can be a point system or even putting all the songs everyone knows in a hat and choosing by random.

Mashed Potatoes can be simple when doing it all together. Depending how you like then, you can peel the potatoes and then set them into a ice bath with some salt after cutting them. Next is to boil and then poke it with a fork to see if it's cooked well. Then mash and add salt, pepper, melted butter, and warmed milk. By then it's your choice to decide whatever you like, bacon bits, cheese, sour cream, chives, chicken broth, gravy, etc.

Did you know that the early NBA was created by Hockey Owners? Walter Brown, an owner of the Boston Gardens, had the idea to use the arenas for basketball when not occupied with hockey games. This became popular and was the BBA, Basketball Association of America. Which eventually merged with other associations and became the NBA.

National Dance Therapy Day is happening June 13! It was to celebrate the body, movement, and dance as a natural remedy that helps with physical and mental healing. This emerged in the 1940s by Marian Chace, who worked with war veterans and many hospital patients.

It's a nice time to watch movies with the kids and relax with some candy or ice cream. Some great movies to watch as a family on Netflix is Nimona, The Sea Beast, and The Wild Robot. All are fun, colorful, and enjoyable for parents as well!

With this hot weather, it's best to try some yogurt popsicles. One can buy yogurt and sticks to push into the freezer or a Popsicle mold. With the popsicle mold, you can further customize the flavors by creating a smoothie. It's best to wait from 6-8 hours or overnight but that depends on how you lie it. Smooth or icy!
